Bonded Mail House:
Non Disclosure Agreement
World One Communications, LLC is a bonded mail house and
respects the privacy of its clients and their customers/prospects.
Due to the highly confidential nature of a mailing list, we consider
each list the exclusive property of the client who supplied the
list for processing.
In order to protect our clients' sensitive data, World One Communications
does not disclose, transfer, duplicate or reproduce mailing lists
in any manner. In other words, your mailing list will not be supplied,
rented or sold to any third party.
Upon written request, mailing lists supplied by clients can be retained
for future use only by said client. Otherwise, list data will be
destroyed after completion of the project for which it was supplied.
