Q: I am having my materials printed elsewhere. Are you still able to mail my project at discounted postal rates?
A: World One can still mail your project. However, we recommend that you email us PDFs of your designs for review. We will check them to ensure there's enough space for addressing, barcoding etc. Design consultation is always hassle-free and obligation-free.
Q: How long will it take World One to prepare my mailing?
A: Our standard turn-around time is 2 - 3 business days. If you need your mailing out sooner, please let us know.
Q: How long will it take for my mailing to hit mailboxes?
A: There are several factors that can affect the delivery timeframe of your mailing, including class of mail (first class presort vs. standard presort), destination, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) designated peak periods.
General Guidelines:
- Standard Mail - 3 to 15 business days nationwide
- Nonprofit Mail - 3 to 15 business days nationwide
- First Class Mail - 1 to 5 business days nationwide
As with any business, the USPS does experience peak mailing periods that could affect the timeframe of mail delivery. This includes the December holiday season and during recognized political windows.
